Human resources is used to describe both the people who work for a company or organization and the department responsible for managing resources related to employees. Human Resource Management is the process of managing people in organizations in a structured and thorough manner. It covers the entire system of hiring, firing, pay and perks, holiday management, employment law compliance, wellness and safety compliance, performance management, training and development focusing on “employment relationship” fulfilling for both management and employees. HR plays a key role in developing, reinforcing and changing the culture of an organization reinforcing the values of the institution/business.
